Currently, the President of One Source Coaching, Stephanie works with CEO’s and Business Owners to cut through the excuses, procrastination, and non-serving mindsets businesses fall into. This results in fast tracking their success, accelerating growth and developing the skills needed to sustain and maintain long term success. Stephanie main focus is running a powerful team of professional, highly skilled business coaches that work with both partners and clients to achieve maximum growth.

Stephanie is married to “the love of her life” of 14 years and is the proud mother of two beautiful children, her 10-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon and enjoys spending quality time with her amazing family and the best friends anyone could ask for.
